Zombies, and how they have (ironically) been destroyed.

Okay so I'm going to begin this blog with something that has been pissing me off for a while now; "Viral Zombies".

Lets face it, Zombies are an ace idea, they always where, so why the hell did they go and warp and destroy an amazing concept with the introduction of "Viral Zombies"?

I know I know, your wondering what the hell I'm on about.
Let me explain, that, a Zombie, is the dead, risen. By definition that's what it is, and so that's what it must be to be a Zombie.
"Viral Zombies", on the other hand, are the living, half-dead, which is, plain, stupid, and simply NOT A ZOMBIE, by definition.

Do you get what I'm saying? they need a different bloody name!

You see, a REAL Zombie, is cursed into being. Like a Voodoo Zombie, or the likes of those found in "The Evil Dead", they are not specifically turned into what they are because of anything, other than the unfortunate fact of being dead in the wrong place at the wrong time.
They are generally quite slow, but as good as invincible; you could chop off a zombies hand and it will do its best to keep coming after you, generally with the idea of scooping out your brains.
I can't think of any good reason why a hand would go after brains, except that its reason for being makes it do just that.

Either way, "Viral Zombies", people/ animals who have a virus that makes them "Zombie-like", just are not cutting it for me, for shits sake, every film comes up with another, differently named virus, yet they all do the same thing! And this modern wave of such, is not scary, is not fun and IS NOT A ZOMBIE.

AND, Will Smith is FAR FROM LEGEND. X-D
